We had an outstanding experience at Liberty Kitchen & Oysters, thanks to our amazing server, Austin. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Austin had great recommendations, answered all our questions with ease, and made sure our drinks and dishes came out perfectly timed. He checked in just the right amount—never intrusive, always thoughtful. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about guests having a great time. Thanks to Austin, our evening was smooth, relaxed, and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you dine here!

The service Jason provided was spectacular!! He was beyond amazing! The food was so delicious and drinks were made to perfection. We had the risotto which was 10/10, the scampi 8/10 and the charbroiled oysters 8/10. I highly recommend visiting and ask for Jason!

Wow! Years ago, while regularly working in Houston, we loved liberty kitchen and thought of as regulars. Years (years) later we returned, not knowing what to expect and it simply “exceeded expectations” - food was a good as we remember (Louis salads loaded with crab meat and shrimp), crab balls (just about all crab), and oysters as fresh as could be! But best of all, Maggie, treated us as if she knew us forever, treating us as one would treat “their most valuable customer”....

Visited this location specifically for the lobster bisque, and I was not disappointed. It is filled with lobster in a creamy sauce. Very good. Their bread was unique. It was seasoned on top;different but good. Valet Parking (no charge tips only)is available. If not, you can park really close for free. Access to the restaurant is a challenge because it's on a busy street Atmosphere was cozy, family vibe or date night (depends where you sit) Prices were Service was 5 star, he chatted with us & was attentive (not annoying) Lots of seating. There is no specific dress code The place was nicely decorated

Our dinner was great! Austin was our server and made our experience a fun one. He was super knowledgeable and had really good suggestions. The food was delicious. And I just really loved the ocean vibe, seafoam booths, like beachy elegance. Will definitely be back!

Great food and the decor is relaxing and the chairs very comfortable! Loved my spicy margarita with the black salt . Didn't get a photo of it unfortunately but here's a photo of my friend's drink. Split a burger and fries and both were cooked too perfection. You won't be disappointed

We had such a wonderful dinner experience here this MDW. Despite being one of a few patrons out on Monday evening, we still received excellent service and never once felt rushed. Christian was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and went out of the way to make a celebration special. The food was excellent - fresh seafood and large portions. Highly recommend!

Food was excellent!! There were only 3 other tables while we were there which was very different from prior visits. Waiter didn't come to the table after he took our entree order until I asked for the check. I had to ask the expo runner for a tea and water refill. No manager came out to do a table touch for Sunday dinner meal.
